Delicious Colombian food at reasonable prices. Friendly and attentive staff. This place has authentic Colombian food like you would find on the roadsides outside of Bogota. It is absolutely delicious. It’s the best Colombian restaurant we have found north of NYC for sure. Their steak is real grilled steak - not a griddled piece of thin minute steak. The chicharrón is crispy and thick. Chorizo is “típico” and delicious . They have a great grill. Everything is really tasty. Try the Picada (combo platter). It’s like “Colombian Sushi” for 2. Their takeout operation is also clean and safe and efficient. Definitely worth the trip.

Amazing place! Our family loves La Fogata. This is what I wanted for my birthday dinner. We called up, ordered and not only was everything wonderful they also sent us with dessert to add to our celebration. We are thankful for this gem in our town! Call them up, you will not be disappointed!

Columbian food very good we share a typical dish , the red snapper (is also Puerto rico's) , very great service appreciate my Spanish speaking Latinos! Me encanto mucho, regreso en el futuro!

Just moved to outside of Pittsfield and I couldn’t be happier to find this gem of a place! We walked in and were greeted with a smile and taken to our table. The waitress was extremely kind and happy. What a great start! We ordered the empanadas chicken and beef which were both fantastic and highly recommended. The sauces on the side gave it an extra amazing touch! I then ordered the breaded chicken cutlet with beans rice and tostadas. My fiancé ordered the traditional Columbian yellow rice with chicken. WOW is what I have to say!! The portions were giant which is exactly what we were craving. The quality and taste were spectacular. Everything was made to order. I am used to getting rice that was cooked that morning. NOPE! Rice was freshly made to order. Even though we were very full we wanted to try more! So we did... The flan dessert was a nice end to our dinner. This restaurant really knows how to cook and make food so tasty. I cannot wait to go back here! Everything is homemade and you feel like you’re in a true Columbian restaurant. Thank you so much.

I ordered the breaded pork cutlet, which was served with a salad, rice, beans, and fried plantain. My partner hd the arroz con pollo, which was served with a salad and fried plantain, and was such a large serving, she took nearly half home in a box, and that was after me eating several bites of it as well. The decour wasn't to die for, but the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was very authenic Columbiano.

One of the best places in Pittsfield, authentic food that is fresh and delicious every time! There is a variety to choose from on the menu and the staff is always willing to explain something if you don’t know. They have a variety of drinks that you might not find in another store or restaurant. You can order take out or sit in, the food is a little expensive but worth it you will be very satisfied!

The service was very quick and friendly. My friend and I shared guacamole which was very tasty and the perfect amount for 2 people. The portions are large and the steak is delicious! I definitely plan on going back to try some of their chicken dishes and a margherita!

Fantastic liver, and tongue and steak. Wonderful sauces and dressings. And they do the staples extremely well: black beans, sweet plantains, rice, etc. This is very well run restaurant that has been excellent every time I have been here over the years. Eating the liver right now, just delicious

Great environment clean and very welcoming very ethnic also. The waitress and staff were very welcoming large portions of food fast service the food was very tasteful perfect place will return for sure go check out la Fogata I drove 45 miles there and I wont hesitate to drive again

Support local small businesses! This place was fantastic. For about sixteen bucks plus I received a huge plate with a tasty, thin steak, a generous portion of white rice, lots of nicely seasoned cooked pinto beans and several tasty sliced plantains. It was a very large meal. I could not finish all the rice. The average person would never clean such a plate. It tasted great and the atmosphere was cool and relaxed. The waitstaff were young women . I appreciated their non-invasive attitude. We got our food promptly and to order and they checked on us a few times but in a very unbothersome fashion. I will return to this place to try their soup. Great local joint.
